LIVERPOOL Mercury (Dolan) will be holding our annual end-of-season dinner once again at the Park Hotel on Dunningsbridge Road on Saturday, January 28.
Starting at 7pm, the annual dinner will cost £20 each for members and their guest, while under-18s will only cost £10 each.
Starters include Pearls of Melon with Sorbet, Chicken Liver Pate, Smoked Salmon & Dill Tartlet while the main course choice includes Roast Turkey with all the traditional trimmings; Honey & Mustard Glazed Loin of Pork – slowly roasted with Somerset Apple Cider Jus; Citrus Infused Salmon Fillet with Hollandaise sauce.
