ANYONE looking to put in a bit of extra training during the build up to the new season can join in the new ad-hoc chaingang on a Saturday morning at Bickerstaffe.
Riders both young and old are more than welcome to come along and do a bit of through and off work to help loosen those legs following a harsh winter.
Lasting about an hour, the small training group then usually heads through West Lancashire before stopping for a well-earned coffee and then heading back through Ormskirk via Clieves Hill.
One strict rule is that everyone works together and - more importantly - has fun while training. Meeting point is opposite Bickerstaffe FC's ground at 9.30am every Saturday morning (weather permitting).
