THE Kenny Hill Memorial Sportive 2011 will once again cover the same fantastic cycling lanes and hills this side of Lancashire, including Appley Bridge, Belmont, Anglezarke, Hunters Hill, Bank Top Brow and Crow Lane before descending Ashurst Beacon and finishing with a flat run back to the finish at Litherland Sports Park.
There is also the option to miss out the last three climbs and rejoin the main route as the riders descend Ashurst Beacon and then head back to the finish at Litherland Sports Park.
Departure Time: 9am.

Refreshments
Although refreshments will be provided enroute at the half-way point at the top of Anglezarke, riders are still advised to bring plenty of drinks and snacks to keep themselves going over the entire 75-mile route.
There will also be plenty of food and drink at the finish for all riders to enjoy while chatting about their experiences during the 2011 Kenny Hill Memorial sportive.

Rules of the road
The event is held on open roads, so ensure that you give respect to your fellow road users and obey the traffic laws.
Please also make sure that you wear a helmet while taking part in this event – something that is a requirement of all events held by Liverpool Mercury (Dolan).

* NOTE: There are two documents that need to be downloaded and printed out – the route guide & the entry form. The route guide is to be carried on your person at all times during the event and contains all the information need to navigate the course. Meanwhile, the entry form needs to be completed and returned to the address on the form, together with your entry fee, in order to secure a start place on the 2011 kenny Hill memorial Sportive.
